The Rules of Engagement Most terms and conditions are 50 pages of legal jargon. Ours are simple. We value trust. We value “Client Friendly Service”. Here is how we work together.

1. The “No-Stress” Guarantee This is the big one. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, we will repeat the test again. We will meet the requirements. And the best part? We do it without extra charges. No arguments. No hidden fees. If we miss the mark (which we rarely do), we fix it.

2. Pricing & Payment We believe in “Cost effective and Reasonable Pricing”. We don’t like surprise bills, and we know you don’t either. Quotes are provided upfront. We stick to them. You pay for the precision we deliver.

3. Scheduling & Timeliness Time is money. Especially in a refinery or a power plant. We consistently deliver what we promise, according to schedule. If we say we will be onsite Tuesday at 9 AM, we will be there. We ask that you ensure the equipment is available so we can get straight to work.

4. Our Liability We are pros. We use “Advanced Master Equipments” and follow ISO standards. However, we are partners in this. We are responsible for the accuracy of our reading at the time of the test. We give you the confidence that your equipment is accurate, but maintenance between calibrations is up to you.

5. Cancellations Things happen. Production schedules shift. If you need to move a date, just tell us. We are flexible. We prefer a heads-up so our team isn’t standing at your gate with a truck full of weights.
